Refund/Return Policy

All orders are inspected and packed with care for our customers. We DO NOT accept RETURNS/EXCHANGES or issue REFUNDS. However, if an item is missing a piece(s) or damaged during shipping, you have 3 days from receipt of your order to report it to customer care.  To report missing/damaged piece(s),  please do the following:

  1. Email: theroyal5accessories@gmail.com

  2. Include your name, order number and a photo of damaged the item

Customer care will review within 1-2 days of email request.  A replacement (if in stock) or store credit will  be issued within

5 - 7 days of request date. 

Shipping

Once your order is processed, it will ship 24-48 hours after confirmed payment. Most orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. Royal 5 VIP Members can track orders by logging in to your account on our  website or via the app.  Non-members can track orders by using the USPS tracking information included in your order confirmation email. 

 

Please note: Due to COVID-19, there may be longer unusual USPS delivery delays. In the event of an extended delay of 10 or more days), the customer will receive a FREE Shipping Code to redeem upon their next order.
